I get almost 10 cups of Lettuce and cut the stem out of it.
I wash my Lettuce with just only tap water and prepare it for my dish, I will make Korean Salad.
There is a simple steps to make my Korean Salad:
- Cut the Lettuce into bite Size and seperate.
- Chop all the ingredients
- Garlic
- White Onion
- Mixed all the ingredients into the separate bowl.
- Mixed until the sugar and salts dissolves
- Mixed the Lettuce into the sauce
- Serve and Eat
The Ingredients I used in this are:
- 10 cups of Green leaf Lettuce
- 2 pc Garlic cloves, chopped/minced
- Garlic powder (optional) to taste
- 1/2 White onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Hot pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
