Harvest lettuce and make Korean Salad

Today, I will harvest my Lettuce (Green leaf) and make some dish from it. Since I'm a vegan, I will make a vegan dish, so all of my ingredients mention here are guilt free and no animal produce:)

I get almost 10 cups of Lettuce and cut the stem out of it.




I wash my Lettuce with just only tap water and prepare it for my dish, I will make Korean Salad.

There is a simple steps to make my Korean Salad:
  1. Cut the Lettuce into bite Size and seperate.
  2. Chop all the ingredients 
    • Garlic
    • White Onion
  3. Mixed all the ingredients into the separate bowl.
  4. Mixed until the sugar and salts dissolves
  5. Mixed the Lettuce into the sauce
  6. Serve and Eat



The Ingredients I used in this are:

  • 10 cups of Green leaf Lettuce
  • 2 pc Garlic cloves, chopped/minced
  • Garlic powder (optional) to taste
  • 1/2 White onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Hot pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
