I am lazy to cook my food today so I decided to cook Spaghetti with mushroom and fresh lettuce from my garden.
My main ingredients for my Spaghetti:
- 1/2 Tomato Puree
- Lettuce
- 1 canned Mushroom
- 2 gloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Onion
- Salt, Pepper & Sugar to taste
- 1/2 cup water
- Basil leaves (toppings)
The ingredients used in this recipe is simple and easy to find in your local supermarket.
I cook my spaghetti using this method.
Instructions:
- Rinse Mushroom and Lettuce with Water
- Slice Lettuce, Mushroom, Garlic & Onion
- Put a small amount of oil in the Pan and cook Garlic & Onion until golden brown
- Put 1/2 Tomato Puree and 1/2 cup of water in the Pan
- Put Lettuce into the Pan
- Put Salt, Pepper, & sugar to taste
- Let it cook for 5-10 minutes
- Put the Lettuce and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Serve with Basil Leave toppings :)
