Vegan Spaghetti with Mushroom and Lettuce - Quick, Easy, Delicious

If you are looking for Quick, Easy and Delicious Spaghetti. Try my recipe out. This is healthy, tasty and can cook within 20 minutes. This recipe does not use any animal produce so it is guilt free food.

I am lazy to cook my food today so I decided to cook Spaghetti with mushroom and fresh lettuce from my garden.



My main ingredients for my Spaghetti:
  • 1/2 Tomato Puree
  •  Lettuce
  • 1 canned Mushroom
  • 2 gloves of Garlic 
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Salt, Pepper & Sugar to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Basil leaves (toppings)





The ingredients used in this recipe is simple and easy to find in your local supermarket.
I cook my spaghetti using this method.

Instructions:
  1. Rinse Mushroom and Lettuce with Water
  2. Slice Lettuce, Mushroom, Garlic & Onion
  3. Put a small amount of oil in the Pan and cook Garlic & Onion until golden brown
  4. Put 1/2 Tomato Puree and  1/2 cup of water in the Pan
  5. Put Lettuce into the Pan
  6. Put Salt, Pepper, & sugar to taste
  7. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes
  8. Put the Lettuce and cook for 1-2 minutes
  9. Serve with Basil Leave toppings :)
