How I build my A Type NFT System - Hydroponics (with Blueprint and Actual image of the system)

Today I will share on how I build my own A - Type NFT system for Hydroponics. I will try to share everything in detail in what Materials I used and what is the sizes of each pipe, something like that. This materials was bought in the Philippines.

The tools I used for this project are:

•     Welding Machine
•     Hacksaw
•     Drill
•     Drill bit used for Doorknob hole
• 64mm for 8 oz cup hole
• 25mm for water pipe hole
•     Skwala ruler
•     Level bar
•     Paint brush (#2)

For the labor of the Welder, I paid PHP 2,000.00

For the steps, I will breakdown just a highlight. You can create your own way on how to build this system. :)

1. Create the A Type base using welding machine. The upper part roof (with the uv plastic) is not welded in the base and this was screwed in the base, so its your choice if you want it welded right away or use a screw to put it in base.
2. Make 18 holes using 64 mm size drill bit in each PVC pipe and cut a rubber then stick it to each end.
3. For the water pipe, use 25 mm and make a hole in alternate pipe
   
   
4. Assemble water pipe and the system
