Ingredients:
- 500g Tofu
- 2.5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 Tbsp coconut/brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp of water
- 1 tsp grated Ginger
- 1 clove of Garlic
- Cornstarch
- Mix Soy sauce, Brown sugar, Garlic, Ginger & water in a bowl.
- Cut the Tofu squares, coat it with Cornstarch and pan fry both sides in little or no oil until it turns to golden brown
- Put the Sauce Mixture (Step 1) into the pan and glaze the Tofu.
